Bin Deutsche ,lebe zur Zeit im asiatischen Ausland.Auf anraten meines Arztes wurde eine mammographie gemacht.Da mein Arzt zur Zeit nicht da ist, wuerde ich gern erfahren,ob eine micro cystic calfication eine Vorstufe von Cancer ist.Bin 65 jahre.
Befund:
Scattered micro cystic calcification seen in both breasts
There are well cirumscibed round and oval soft tissue opacities in both breasts in central quadrant.
Lymph node seen in rigth axila
Vasculature is normal
ductal architexture is normal
Skin and Nipples are normal
Impression: Bilateral micro cust calcification seen in both Breasts with a few? custs in central quadrant bilaterally.

Ich würde einfach eine Kontrolle in einem Jahr, ggf. zwischendurch per Ultraschall, empfehlen. Kleine Zysten und auch Verkalkungen sind nicht selten und meist harmlos.
