Hi,
Have you asked at another pharmacy shop? What did they say? As far as I know this formulation can still be ordered and mixed especially if you have a prescription. It is just supposed to be 'critical', therefore, as I assume, you have a difficulty getting it.
You can also ask for ichthyol - it can work for your psoriasis as well.
